Unsere Außenstrahler verfügen über eine Schutzklasse von mindestens IP44, viele Modelle sogar IP65. Die genaue Schutzklasse finden Sie in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung. Für den Einsatz in Feuchträumen wie Badezimmern empfehlen wir Produkte mit mindestens IP44.
Wie lange ist die Lieferzeit?
Lagerware liefern wir in der Regel innerhalb von 2–5 Werktagen innerhalb Deutschlands. Bei Sonderbestellungen oder nicht vorrätigen Artikeln informieren wir Sie vorab über die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit. Expresslieferung ist auf Anfrage möglich.
Kann ich Produkte zurückgeben oder umtauschen?

What do IP20, IP44 or IP65 mean for LED lights?
The IP protection rating indicates how well a light fixture is protected against dust and water.
- IP20 : For dry indoor spaces such as living rooms or offices.
- IP44 : Splashproof – ideal for bathrooms.
- IP65 : Dustproof and protected against water jets – perfect as a damp-proof light in basements, garages or outdoor areas.
Which color temperature should I choose (e.g., warm white vs. cool white)?
Warm white (e.g., approx. 2700 to 3000 K) creates a cozy atmosphere.
– Neutral white or cool white (e.g. 4000 to 6000 K) is suitable for workrooms or damp rooms.
What does "48 V rail system" mean?
A 48V track lighting system is a low-voltage solution for the flexible mounting of luminaires along a power rail. Advantages include safety, flexible installation, and, in some systems, smart home integration.
Can I dim the light?
It depends on the product – many LED panels or systems are dimmable, others are not. Look for the "dimmable" label.
Does the light fixture need to be professionally installed?
If the lights are permanently installed (e.g. ceiling light, recessed light) and you are unsure about electrical installation, we recommend installation by a professional.
How do I find the right size or light intensity for my room?
Check how much luminous flux (in lumens) is required – e.g. offices often need higher values.
Pay attention to the dimensions of the light fixture in relation to the room size.
